The kit includes a large red knob-style thermostat, which will fit into a 2" hole for easy installation. You can install this kit in a number of different appliances such as wall ovens, countertop ranges and cooktops. This product is UL approved.

The BAKERS PRIDE F10528K Thermostat Kit, 650 Degr ee F (2304-K1) is a thermocouple for use with a hot air generator. This unit has 78" leads attached to the thermocouple and a 2 1/2" lug for easy installation. Do not use this product with domestic or residential open quick-start gas ovens, ranges, or cooktops.
