The Frymaster F10283 --- A ProSeries heavy duty thermostat for the 806-0183 or the 806-0184 fryer, complete with a high temperature warning light and built in air switch to safely monitor temperatures at a safe distance.

The FryMasters have come up with a unique feature; a built-in thermostat to ensure constant frying temperature. As the temperature falls, an internal heat sensor is activated and increases the thermostat time and number of freezers until setpoint is regained. This enables the fryer to operate at the correct temperature almost all the time.

Accurately monitors, controls and maintains the temperature of your oil to within 70°F of the set point. Exceeds Underwriters Laboratories requirements for average accuracy of ±2.6 degrees F at 180°F (±1.5 degrees F over the entire temperature range). The exclusive self-resetting mechanism eliminates the need to adjust for different cooking times and temperatures.
