The F11130 replaces the old style thermostat with a new touch screen and runs on just 4 AA batteries. The unit has a small LCD display and is controlled by two buttons: On/Off and Set.

The F11130 thermostat is a replacement or an upgrade from the older F1010, F1020, F1030, and F1100 thermostats. This thermocouple type thermostat should be used with all Under Counter Series Combination Ovens to monitor the oven's internal temperature.

The F11130 Thermostat is a standard replacement for use with a stainless steel oven door. It can be used in both left and right hand applications, and comes equipped with a 12" thermowell that extends into the cooking chamber. The thermowell can be used in conjunction with the STM series of temperature sensors to monitor oven temperatures from external locations.
