The Alto-Shaam HRT21-3CV is a commercial oven thermostat designed for Alto-Shaam systems. The product is equipped with one NTC sensor and includes one grounding wire and two thermocouple wires, the green and white wire. The product has a B29 Bayonet mount style. Made from plastic.

The 763T Series Spring Loaded Vacuum Switch by Alto-Shaam is a plumbing part that is made of stainless steel and used in steam applications. It has a temperature range of 100 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and includes a cap that is made of stainless steel. A mounting gasket is made of epoxy coated fiberglass. This vacuum switch has a 3/16-inch diameter . The package dimensions are 4 inches by 5 inches by 3.8 inches and it weighs approximately 5 ounces.

Controls fan discharge temperature and/or fan speed depending on conditions selected by factory. 0 to 100°F (0 to 38°C), 5000-20000 cfm (135-600 m3/h), 1 hp (.7 kW) maximum.
