This thermostat is used to control air and gas in applications such as grills, furnaces, fireplaces, boilers and more. This thermostat is also known as a snap action thermostat. It can be used for both heating and cooling applications. Grillecraft carries a large selection of thermometers.

The Grindmaster F10557 switch assembly is used in older, one-piece commercial meat grinders. The Thermostat Snap Action switch has a thermostatic limit switch mounted on the cam shaft that works with the cam and feeder motor to turn the motor on when the meat block makes contact. Normally, these switches are located so that the metal casing is in contact with the internal flywheel mechanism or large gears turning, thereby rotating the cam/switch assembly in one direction while also allowing it

The GrindMaster F10557 is a snap action thermostat that can be used with most grinders. The thermostat is mainly for use in commercial environments and adjusts the temperature based on set temperatures. This is a snap action thermostat that not only involves a control action, but also includes an override that allows for thermal cycling. For example, when the thermostat is closed (during the controller action) it will open if the temperature changes and then close again based on its original set point. This allows for thermal cycling, which is a great benefit to your plant with no additional maintenance.
