This barb end fitting is for use with 1/4 inch pilot tubing to provide a quick connect and disconnect to the application. The CCT2127 pneumatic fitting has a barbed inlet for 1/2 inch O.D. tubing and connects to many pneumatic applications including active flow control valves, fluid sensors, yokes and others.

The fitted barb x barb catalog number is CCT2127B, and the 1/4? threaded needle valve barbed by itself is part number CCT2150F.

The CCT2127B 1/4" Threaded Needle Valve Barbed x 1/4" Fittings is a high quality pipe fitting and it is designed to be used in loose tube stainless steel coil (LTSSC) radiant floor heating applications.

INC PNEU FITTINGS 1/4 BARB X 1/4 BARB THREADED

Needle valves are used in conjunction with taper bodies to control the flow of fluids from a pipe through a taper body to the nozzle. These pneumatic fittings have straight pipe thread ends to fit pipe sizes 1/8-28 up to 3/4-16, and can also be used as adaptors with threaded pipe ends where arm dimensions meet ANSI Specification B1968.

These fittings are listed for use in a manifold application with aircraft natural rubber tubing. The fittings have barbs with a 6 degree taper on each barb end. Fittings are 38mm long and include 3 ball check valves.
