The TJERNDLUND 4880 Motor Kit for D-3, AD1 and all PAI-1 and 2 is designed for use with all 1/3 HP Tjerndlund fans. Available at AJ Madison.

Installation of the motor kit for the D-3, AD-1, and PAI-1 & 2 fans requires no real technical skills or previous experience. The instructions are very explicit for easy installation.

Compatible with D-3, AD-1 & ALL PAI units. This motor kit has been designed so that you can install it yourself (DIY) and is built to the same quality and performance specifications as the original motor. Installation takes only 10 minutes and does not require any soldering.

The TJERNLUND 4802 Motor Kit is designed to replace the factory installed TK motors in D-3, AD-1 and PAI-1 and 2 fans. The kit includes the 4880 Fan, 4652 Shaft Assembly, 4654 Directional Control Assembly (including PVH-0505 and 5045 Vane Assemblies) on top of a 4872 Themed Tray.

If you have an existing air handler with the D-3, AD-1, or PAI-1 IN-FORCER fan(s), this motor kit will work with it. This motor kit can only be used with TJERNLUND ceiling fans that have a D-3, AD-1, or PAI-1 IN-FORCER fan. The D3, AD-1, and PAI-1 IN-FORCER fan(s) must be purchased separately. It is not compatible with the TX series of motors.

The motor is designed to replace the original DC motor in the D-3 and AD-1 draft inducer, and it is also able to replace the PAI8100X motor to power the new PAI in-forcer fans. The motor kit is easily assembled into a single unit. Optional step down converter available.
