The TJERNLUND 4934 is a vertical draft inducer fan that provides positive ventilation for low-pressure combustion systems ideal for use with oil or gas fuels. This unit is designed to operate with 16"-24" diameter chimney pipe.

The TJERNLUND Inline Draft Inducer Fan is constructed of durable galvanized steel and fits 16" to 24" pipe. The TJERNLUND 4934 Draft Inducer is designed and manufactured in accordance with the "Vertical Induced Draft" principle. It can be used for Oil or Gas, and has a total height of only 10.5".

The fan moves air to the chimney for the heat exchanger. The 6" duct from the vent can be made of flexible metal ducting or rigid pipe. Induction fans move large amounts of outside air into a hearth for combustion. Their low cost and energy efficiency is useful in many applications, from arctic to equatorial latitudes. To maintain draft, a minimum 1/8" clearance must be maintained from the flame to the top of the thermometer. Variations in natural gas pressure affect the performance of your TJERN LUND Draft Inducer Fan.

The TJERNLUND 4934 Inline Draft Inducer Fan can also be used in the vertical position, providing more options for use.  This TJERNLUND inline draft inducer fan is designed for horizontal and vertical venting applications. With a small footprint, it is ideal for installations where space is at a premium. The baffle created from the grill around the fan allows for easy air flow.

The air directed by the suction of the fan forces combustion gases, and at the same time fresh air down into the draft regulating device.
