This Indoor Temp Sensor allows the user to remotely monitor temperature readings in areas other than where the thermostat is located. Sensor is used with your Honeywell thermostat or a compatible brand of thermostat to increase efficiency by providing an effective way to remotely manage space temperatures. This sensor has a 20 K Ohm NTC non-linear temperature sensor which is ideal for dry climates such as apartments or homes with central air conditioning and furnaces. This sensor can also be used for wet contact locations, but should use caution when mounting sensors in locations that are exposed to water or damp locations.

Get room-to-room temperature readings with the Honeywell Indoor Remote Wall Module. This module adds up to 3 additional sensors to the compatible thermostat, and features a 20k ohm NTC nonlinear Temperature Coefficient of Resistance. The wall mount sensor automatically searches for the thermostat and relieves unnecessary wiring throughout your home.

Honeywell's 2 wire 20 K ohm NTC thermistor is designed specifically for remote temperature sensing. This 2-wire thermistor senses surface temperature of a wall, the air in a vent or the outdoor air. The wall mounted indoor module with combination faceplate allows you to locate this sensor in difficult to install locations.

This kit includes two sensors, one indoor and one outdoor. The outdoor sensor is mounted in an outside wall. The indoor sensor is mounted in an inside wall. The sensitivity of the wire is 20 K ohm ; 24 V AC/V DC excitation; less than 5% accuracy (A); and temperature range is – 4°F to 140°F  (– 20°C to 60°C).

The Honeywell 20K NTC Resistor Module can easily be used in heating and air conditioning systems, and allows for greater accuracy in temperature management. The IP44 weather rated case protects against water and dust to ensure a long life.
