We designed this CollectionCell-IFD FilterAssem to replace the one currently used in your Trane air conditioner. It allows gaseous refrigerant to flow through a filter containing a semi-permeable membrane, thereby removing impurities. This impure filtered refrigerant is then recirculated through the system, providing cooling efficiency without the formation of any condensation or odor.

The Trane FLR6457 CollectionCell-IFD FilterAssem is designed for horizontal or vertical installation in 3-inch opening. It has two cells that are constructed of a post-consumer polypropylene media. The filter's support tray features a composite material construction that contains granular activated carbon capsules disposed within a polymer mesh. The Air Cleaner cover is constructed of a urethane material and features a stainless steel support tray for mounting the filter cells. The cover also contains an ultraviolet inhibitor to help prevent deterioration from sunlight.

The FLR6457 CollectionCell-IFD filter comes with a lifetime warranty, is made in the USA and has an Energy Efficiency Rating of 10.0, 10 year rating and MERV8 filter efficiency level.

The Trane CollectionCell-IFD is a whole house, self-cleaning filter. Designed to fit under the kitchen sink and collect particulate and airborne contaminants for up to 7 years and fits inside the kitchen cabinet or pantry. CollectionCell is easy to install, requires no plumbing and provides 2 stage filtration to guarantee clean drinking water for your whole family.

This Collection Cell filter assembly features durable all-metal construction and includes a copper tube reactor, powerful 1 HP blower motor, and an effluent filter to remove pollutants down to 1 micron. The filter assembly also includes a pre-wired junction box with power supply connections, plenum, filter effluent connection to the drain line, mounting bracket, hardware kit , lock sets, and conduit to connect to the subfloor.
