Nikrothal 80 Flame Sensor

Nikrothal™ 80 Flame Sensor for NSD20-417 is recommended for installation in furnaces where fire safety considerations are of primary importance.

The Nikrothal® 80 flame sensor is used for gas application. The plug-in device has two leads that are wired in parallel to the furnace. For use in an application with one blower coil, one or two sensors may be used.

Install a flame sensor in your furnace for its ability to automatically shut down your unit in the case of an overheated or out-of-control flame. This Trane 82 Series Flame Sensor is designed to be a direct replacement for American Standard furnaces. Its heat-resistant design will not be affected by high temperatures, and it has a fast response time of 0.5 seconds to avoid drafts while providing protection from the outside environment.

The SEN1114 flame sensor assembly is a compatible replacement for the American Standard Furnace Flame Sensor Assembly. The part is a flame sensor with variable resistance in accordance to the flame that it senses, as well as an alarm element for the furnace blower motor and vent damper. It operates at temperatures from -20?F (-29?C) to 250?F (121?C).
