The PROPEXPRESS 3BL propeller is a corrosion resistant and aerodynamic one piece design. The 3 blades allow the boat to reach higher speeds with less power.

The 3BL (Three Ball Link) SS prop shafts are manufactured using a proprietary process from a blended Cordierite composite with a balanced fiber lay-up. The result is fast opening and closing rates, fatigue resistance and reduced sensitivity to temperature variances. Large diameter ball bearings are used in the T/R mechanism resulting in increased thrust capacity, response time and load capacity.

Prop Express is an easy to use kit that makes adding a stainless steel 3-blade propeller to the tail end of your existing outboard motor a few simple steps. The Prop Express provides the same strength, durability and looks of a custom propeller, without the high cost or long lead time. This kit includes prop installation tool.

The NEW EXPRESS (3BL) propellers deliver more lift and less drag, which gives you high performance and fast speed for a wide range of vessels. Designed with advanced CAD/CAM software, SOLAS hub and machined from 4140 steel, they are stronger than traditional stainless steel propellers.

The 3-blade propeller is suitable for 6-cylinder engines up to the size of a Mercedes-Benz OM501 LA. The pitch is set at 15.6” x 15” and has a right-hand thread.

The Prop Express is the only propeller hub offering true bolt on convenience.
