VNS50F VEL NOZ-FUSION GUN

The VNS50F vel noz-fusion gun is a patented tool with internal spark, without capacitive discharge. The tool is lightweight and gives the user the ability to cut up to five (5) times faster than an air carbon arc torch and two (2) times faster than an air plasma torch.

The VNS50F Vel Noz Fusion gun offers the highest levels of accuracy, comfort and quality. The unique ergonomic design of the Fusion gun, aids in providing a consistent and precise spray pattern. An added feature is its ability to be used with any size funnel, from 2 to 6 inches (50 to 150mm), allowing for greater flexibility when coating a variety of large objects. The high performance motor generates 3,700 psi at 1.0 cfm resulting in optimum atomization for a superior finish.

With the Noz-Fusion gun, you can save time and money, at a fraction of the cost of cutting edge FIBERGLASS NOZZLES that are used today. This new revolutionary paper nozzles will save pain to your wrist and improve your soft tissue injuries on long runs. The Noz-Fusion gun has set the benchmark for manufacturing technology. By reducing the manufacturing process from over 10 minutes per nozzle, down to only 5 seconds.

The Fusion NOZ-Fusion® Gun is a universal spray tip that can be attached to the most commonly used heating devices on the market today, such as soldering irons, heat guns, and hot air blowers. The NOZ-Fusion® tool allows for the use of Nozzle-Fusion® tips and assists in dispensing materials with pinpoint accuracy for intricate applications. The Fusion NOZ-Fusion® Gun is designed for use with rosin core solder.

The VNS50F is our largest air-dehydrator and incorporates our new patented Heat Modulating Technology (HMT) which allows it to run on a very wide variety of input voltages across the globe – from 120 volts to 240 volts at either 50 or 60 Hz!!!!

FUSION GUN

Before spraying, the electrode is brought close to (within 5 mm) of the workpiece surface in overlapping arcs or zigzag pattern with the subsequent application of short arc pulses at low output power. After spraying, the fusion bond can be obtained under completely inert atmosphere. The equipment should then be put into operation within 30 minutes. Otherwise, the equipment may have to be re-cleaned and recharged.
