The Honeywell V2040ASL20 V2040ASL20 Thermostatic Valve 3/4" Horizontal is a nonadjustable from-to valve featuring 500 Vac maximum, 150 psig maximum working pressure, and a Bend (Stem) of 1/2" NPT. It also has a WOG minimum of 12 gpm, with a working flow of 15 gpm.

This 3/4" horizontal valve is made from brass and comes standard with a trunion. It has a maximum working pressure (PSIG) of 175, and is designed to match with others that are compatible with Honeywell Thermostatic Valves.

The V2040-ASL20 is a two stage normally closed commercial grade thermostatic valve with a direct connection design for operating hot water coils, radiant panels and in line heaters. It is suitable for both hydronic and heat pump systems. Model V2040-ASL20V2040-ASL20?? replaces todays standard 2"? hose nipple with a patented screw connection. This allows easy installation on existing installations and avoids cutting the copper tubing that is required by traditional 2"? hose nipple applications.

This Honeywell Thermostatic Valve controls hot and cold water to a shower or tub. It has a maximum water temperature of 140° and a minimum of 50°. The pressure-balanced valve has two screws on the cap body that adjust the diverter between sauna and bath functions. It also features brass and stainless steel construction, a short vertical stem body, and full flow design. This thermmostatic valve is designed for easy installation and simple operation. Honeywell's V2040ASL series Water Heater Thermostat is a replacement for most 3/4" horizontal water heater thermostats. The thermostat features include a battery back-up that provides electric power to the heating element and pilot light at all times, a large dial for accurate adjustment, adjustable from 30 - 80° F (0 - 27° C) temperatures, and low voltage demand control.

This Honeywell Thermostatic Valve provides consistent water temperatures and added protection against overshooting. The unit works with standard-capacity registers, but includes an adjustable limiting valve to prevent a surge of heat whenever excess air is vented.
