The LG Body-Lok gas valve provides tight shut-off for high-pressure natural gas and liquid propane applications. This large body valve also features mechanical position feedback, allowing it to be installed in a hazardous environment and isolated from supplemental local signaling.

The LG Valve is designed for large, high capacity commercial gas cylinders. It will normally handle fill pressures up to 610 PSIG, high temperatures, and large CGA 250 cylinder valve bodies. The compact design allows for easy mounting into any panel or structure. Note: 630 PSIG (100%) service rated body is available as 68144A, which cannot be used with manual cork assemblies.

The Large Body Industrial Gas Valve is built with a solid brass body and two ball valve control handles. The unit features an adjustable gas range from 0-100% Lo/Hi; a pressure release that automatically closes at 1 PSI above system pressure setting; and a pressure relief feature that holds the gas load in the furnace until the pilot is lit. Other features include 10" steel-braided flexible connections, a short nozzle to resist over pressurization, and an internal wiper seal to prevent dust from blocking the flame."

The Large Body Industrial Valve is designed for high volume situations where large amounts of liquid are needed quickly. This heavy duty industrial valve provides a quick method for dispensing gases, liquids, and chemicals. It includes a clear sight gauge that allows you to easily monitor the disposed liquid levels and a nozzle that has a generous flow and pressure range, perfect for viscosity changes. The valve allows up to 100 psi of pressure and has a 1/4" NPT fitting size.

The Honeywell Large Body Industrial Gas Valve can be set to control the shut off and/or the gas flow on certain Gas Industrial Burners. The large body valve is suitable for high pressure applications.
