The single-phase power supply provides 15 watts of clean nominal 13.8 VDC power to your handset. The relay actuated circuit breaker in the power supply protects the output circuits from overloads and short circuits.

The V1036C is a 15 Watt dual-tone siren driver. This is a monolithic integrated circuit with two separate windings for power and to drive the output consumer. One winding is isolated from any logic circuitry, so it will never attempt to become logic-controlled. The maximum current draw of the V1036C when driving both tones at full volume is 1.5 Amps.
