This Honeywell 51062 DIRECT ACTING AIR GAP-FILL ASSEMBLY includes items 1 and 2 to start operation. Item 1: 24V SPDT VC valve actuator, 6 sec spring return, +5VDC power supply. Item 2: Cable assembly with 14" lead wire with a male circular terminal.

The Honeywell 51062 air gap-fill assembly (incls items 1 and 2) is a 24v SPDT vacuum circuit valve actuator with a 6 second viscosity. It is certified to UL Standard 662, Type "SE" and ANSI/ISA S82.00.

This 24V air gap-fill assembly includes a VC motion control valve actuator, air gap-fill device (item 1) and two 2 ft. -long (6.0 cm) length inlet isolation dampers (item 2). It is designed to install in line with the building drain system and fill a deadspace between a fixture drain outlet and the bottom of the fixture basin. The actuation of the VC valve actuator extends the two isolating dampers to cover the drain connection point during gravity drainage and closes them when draining is stopped to prevent cross flow into the sanitary waste system. The Honeywell 51062 24V, 2-wire solenoid valve air gap-fill assembly (includes items 1 and 2). This assembly is designed to provide positive air pressure in the line upstream of the diaphragm area. Whenever a change in flow is required or when external or internal switching takes place, the 24V dc coil of the valve is energized and isolation from the line occurs while venting, then a vacuum draws in air and liquid flow resumes. The diaphragms are constructed of silicone rubber for long life and good water resistance.
