That's why Johnson Controls built the VG12345CN+943BUA series of 1" 2 W ball valves. They're designed to provide superior performance in power plants, refineries, chemical plants, incinerators, boiler plants, marine vessels and various other industrial / commercial applications.

A ball valve assembly with an integral spring-closed actuator having a plunger and piston arrangement, and normally closed thermal overload protection. For the on position, the SS trim spring and ball float move away from each other and allow flow. For the off position, the SS trim spring is pulled into position by the ball float and covers an opening in the valve body to obstruct flow.

The VG1245CN+943BUA 1" 2-Way Ball Valve is an energy efficient, high performance, explosion proof ball valve for use in hazardous environments. This ball valve offers a continuous 360 degree rotation while remaining spring closed. It includes an integral safety barrier, positive bonnet interlock and manual lever position indicators.

Control two different mediums with this single handle valve. Featuring separate PRV and PV ports as well as a hot tap, this valve is designed for versatility and reliability. In addition, the valves stainless steel trim provides a durable finish that will look great in any application.

The VG2 Series is ideally suited as a temperature limiting device as well as a control for actuators requiring precise position control. The 2W/VGS models are for use on linear systems.

NEW AND IMPROVED DESIGN! This valve features the Altex Virtual Element Technology which includes a stainless steel actuator with no internal diaphragm. The VE technology allows the user to sense the valve's position remotely using an Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation Allen-Bradley MicroLogix controller, series 90 or 93. The valve position may then be monitored through a discrete input signal on an I/O module. This technology significantly increases the life of the valve.
