A one inch (1") 2 Watt, 24 Volt DC pilot-operated design with stainless steel trim and increased temperature capability. Designed for furnace booster systems, this pilot operates using low pressure gas. Its pilot can withstand up to 500°/F with an extra long 12" lead wire with quick connect plugs for ease of use or be mounted remotely.

The VG1245 has a square port, reducing the ball-to-cage area by 25% for better flow control, minimal flow loss and lower pressure drop compared to other valves in its class. The square port also allows for 20% more contact between the seat & ball. The seat assembly also uses gas-tight Hi-Temp linkages, eliminating potential leaks around the valve ball for incredible durability.
