Constructed of malleable iron, these globe valves are designed for durability. The body and bonnet are die cast and ground at a 45 degrees angle for quick and easy cleaning. Diaphragm seals consist of a manganese-bronze material that resists most industrial oils and all alcohols.

With its dual action, this globe valve can handle water and air simultaneously. It includes a lever operator and actuator to control one or both ports. This 2-1/2" valve has a 9/16"-14Npt female threaded inlet and outlet ports that accept any of our flanged or beveled adapters. It features rectangular valves with nuts, square bonnet packing glands, and a ¼" O.D. spindle. The high-quality nylon packings are designed for wetted materials to come into contact with the ball, stem, or seat without degrading the performance of the globe valve

The 308687 series globes valve with large 2" and 1-1/2" flanges is versatile in handling fluids from slurries to gases. Flanged globe valves are used for on/off service as well as for throttling in very small pipe lines. The extremely tight shut off provided by the globe configuration allows accurate control over flow, temperature and pressure settings.
