It delivers 2000 watts of power providing enough heat to supply hot showers, high efficiency laundry and kitchen appliances. An automatic ignition system turns the gas on when the pilot light is lit. The safety shutoff valve in the case of an emergency will turn the gas off to prevent potential fires or explosions.
