The Pyramid tip and element assy f/lg400 is made of carbon steel. The electrical tip is made of aluminum. We can also supply 2-wire gas detector, 3-wire gas detector, 4-wire gas detector, 5-wire gas detector.

The tip and element ASSY, WLKLG400TE REPL is used in model LG400, LG420, LG420SE, LG430, LG430SE and part number 90920-1420. This is a 4500 volt tip.

The Pyramid and element for LG400 model comes in two pieces. The element connects to the top of a light fixture and is used to heat the ceramic lamp insert or quartz tube which illuminates the fixture. The insert has a quartz glass tube that can be used as a standard light bulb. Upon inspection we found that both the element and tip are made from stainless steel and were not rusty.

WALL Lenk's 24" Pyramid Tip & Element ASSY for duty cycle up to 10% is an assembly consisting of a PYRAMID point at one end. The element is made of a high quality THERMOCOUPLE wire encased within TEMPERED GLASS tubing.
