The WHITE-RODGERS 117998 Series 36H Slow Opening Single Stage Opening Natural/Lp Gas Valve is for use with 1 pipe applications in natural gas and low pressure propane gas systems. It has a temperature range of -40 to 175 degrees F and is 24VAC, 3/4" x 3/4" proven pilot valve. This product has a flow range of 0.14 to 2,400 SCFH and an operating pressure range of 0.2 to 1.0 in wc at 60 PSI of supply pressure.

The 117998 Series is a single stage gas valve used for natural and LP gas. This product has a Class A, 24 Volt pilot (requires 8-10mA) with a 3/4 inch stainless steel solenoid coil that opens this valve without the use of power to the coil. The 117998 Series is designed for use on conventional and dual fuel ranges, automatic dishwashers, clothes dryers, fireplaces, and water heaters. This product comes in an almond color and meets UL standards.
