Introducing the White-Rodgers 1 1/4" ZONE VALVE STEM ASSEMBLY includes "WATER SELECTOR". The Zone Valve provides for independent control of water movement to floors or fixtures legs, topmost heads and intermediate valves.

Zone valve STEM ASSEMBLY includes "WATER SEPARATOR (SKI VALVE)" and "WHITE & RODGERS" PRINTED ON IT.

The 5188 Zone Valve STEM Asssembly is used in 1 1/4" water valves. The assembly includes the faceplate, zone cut-off and rear cap. Used in conjunction with a 70, 71 or 80 series valve.

Our White-Rodgers 5188 Zone Valve Stem Assembly is constructed of brass for long-lasting durability and dependability. This product includes a zone valve stem assembly and an 11/16" pilot valve. It is compatible with tankless water heaters and will help you accomplish a goal of saving water while still maintaining adequate hot water to get the most out of your system!

The Zone valve stem is used for systems where there is no measurement to the exact zone required on the actuator. The stem is attached directly to the meter stems in the main valves. This stem releases water by opening 14 degrees at a 30 psi differential, or 36 degrees @ 25 psi differential, and is equipped with a guardnut and guardwasher. The stem also has a pre-compression screw and nut to control the free fall value.
