The York 011-00434-000 5 Gallon Type F Oil Container is one of the most durable options available on the market and is the perfect size and construction for industrial use.

The five gallon Type F cooking oil is a synthetic, vegetable oil that is the perfect product for deep frying. The cooking oil has a high flash point of 482°F, so it is safe to be used in communal fryers and operated by personnel with little training. Food service industry personnel can use this deep fryer oil in areas that have an incidence of theft or tampering because it remains sealed in a 5 gallon pail that can be secured with a lock or a cable.

This 5 gallon York® Type F oil is suitable for large central air conditioning systems up to 30 tons. It operates at a temperature range of 40°F to 120°F and a system pressure of 7 psi to 100 psi. Flows down 5 times faster than normal mineral oil, minimizing the need for frequent drain and fill operations. York® Type F oil has a high flash point of 459°F which causes it to vaporize at a low temperature, reducing the risk of ignition from radiant heat. This oil meets the requirements of ASHRAE Class "A2".

Much like its brother the Mini Type F, the Type F is designed to add a second type of oil to your system such as 10-30W engine oil, 20W-50W engine oil, Fluid Film preservative and chamber fluid.

This 5-gallon non-detergent motor oil meets or exceeds the requirements of most major automotive manufacturers as a premium full synthetic engine oil. It is designed to help keep engines clean and running smoothly. Not recommended for transmissions or transmissions with variable valve applications.

This 5 gallon container can be filled from a standard 3/4" diesel fuel nozzle. Use the attached spout to quickly drain the containers contents into a 55 gallon drum.
