0/650# Discharge Transducer

Measure flow and discharge on a variety of dispensers with the 0/650# discharge transducer. Simply mount the discharge probe in a 1" A-series adapter. Includes a male quick-connect plug for easy wiring.

The 0/650# Ton DC03-03 Transducer is a pressure-only transducer that provides 0.641 to 6.504 in w.c. readings in gallons per minute (gpm), with 1 percent FSO accuracy

The York 025-29139-007 0/650# Transducer and flex hose assembly is a high-pressure transducer for pressure control, level switching and monitoring applications. The transducer has a 0 to 650 lb. linear range along with 2 other scales C and D scale. It is thermoplastic construction with threaded base flange, 1/4" NPT pipe thread, complete with 5" (127mm) probe and 20' (6m) of -6AN flexible stainless steel flex hose.

The 025 Series Discharge Transducer is designed to provide precise and reliable flow meter data in a variety of applications. The 025 features an aluminum clad housing, thermoplastic diaphragm, stainless steel strain relief clamp with ceramic inserts, and four-bolt inlet/outlet flanges for strength and durability.

The discharge transducer allows you to see the flow of liquid and/or gas occurring in your line. The design has a Rugged polypropylene enclosure that is needed for liquid or gas containing applications, and it gives it a compact and durable construction which guarantees long term service. The transducer absorbs energy quickly and efficiently, and can withstand high pressure levels without extraneous noise interference.

York storage tank transducers are designed to accurately monitor the level of liquid in a storage tank from 0% to 100% on a 30-amp contactor. Available in both float and lever versions for nearly any application, they measure range of 0/100" WG to 650" WG with a 3/8" female NPT thread.

The transducer is used in the discharge application to sense the level of water flowing from the pump. The sensor, which is placed at the discharge port, transmits an analog voltage signal proportional to the level of water in the tank.

Featuring a 0-500 mVdc operating range, the unit is well-suited for applications requiring low flow rates or open channel discharge metering. This item is used but in excellent condition.

Fully sealed, stainless steel construction; 100 Ohm NTC thermistor; 50' (15 m) cable; 3-3/4" (95 mm); For use with York Model Number 790, 885, 890, 985, 1570, 1680, 2040 and 2500 auto-reset controllers

In most wastewater applications the most common sensor is a temperature or pressure transducer. As with any primary measurement, the accuracy of the devices used to make these measurements is critical. For a direct measurement, a transducer is required. The difference with wastewater applications is that the transducers must also be able to handle the harsh environment of shock and vibration along with corrosion from chemicals and biological growth, all of which reduce sensor life as well as accuracy. In addition, as opposed to most industrial applications, wastewater applications utilize multiple transducers for different purposes. In order to successfully monitor different processes in a wastewater treatment plant, multiple

A major terminal is unable to monitor and control the level of waste matter within a waste stream.
