Low Ambient Kit

The YORK-Multimatic 2 LA04702412 low Ambient Kit is designed for use with the Multimatic HVAC units. One kit is required per unit and should be ordered and installed at the time of the unit installation to ensure the HVAC units perform as designed and as intended.

Place the low ambient kit in your York under-counter refrigerator for consistent performance in temperatures down to 50 °F (10 °C). The kit, which includes a low-temp motor and fan, replaceable thermostat, plus sensor and jumper wires, is easy to install.

Keep the inside of your refrigerator colder with this low-ambient kit. Designed to fit specific side-by-side or top/bottom refrigerator models, this kit is just what you need to ensure that your foods don't spoil.

The York 2LA04702412 Low Ambient kit can be connected to York furnace models 1-, 3-, or 5-Hp, single speed, with condenser model number 2HA06701804.

This kit contains everything you need to use a York 2-Stage Heat pump as a low ambient system. It includes a 24' 10/3 SO x 20/2 SO cord, pressure switch and power control board, and all hardware required for installation. The low ambient kit is designed for outdoor installations where the ambient air temperature may dip below 32°F (0°C).

This matching (2) (Locking) low ambient product is an economical solution to the many problems faced when protecting electronic components. YB lockers can operate in any environment from -40°C (-40°F) to 95°C (203°F).
