The York S1-401610 Liquid Filter-Drier is designed to serve as a replacement for all York manufactured portable and furnaced air conditioners, heat pumps and packaged terminal air conditioners. This Liquid Filter Drier also serves as a replacement for the York manufactured OPH or OPX packaged terminal air conditioners or York/Carrier/Arcoaire window ACs. The cylindrical filter-drier is made from plastic with a metal core.

Oil and air filters referred to as "liquid filter-driers" for use in oil-cooled generator sets. Typically installed in a single generator set installation at a facility to provide an "on site" oil filter capability.

This filter-drier cartridge has been tested and certified to be compatible with York YKD SERIES air conditioning units. The cartridge features a self-draining screen to prevent clogging, a locking ring for easy removal during servicing, and a two-layer media construction with a synthetic material to capture small dust particles.

With a 1/2 horsepower motor and a 7" fan this unit is ideal for drying areas that are 2,250 square feet or less. This York air purifier has no chemicals to clean the air and removes pollutants by converting moisture in the air into vapor which can then be easily vented out of the building.
