Honeywell's new 10 position Z-Wave enabled 24 VDC automatic rectangular damper is the perfect solution for control of your ducted HVAC system. The unit can be operated via Z-Wave, using any product that supports the Z-Wave standard, both locally and remotely. It has been universally designed to work with most systems compliant with ASHRAE 62.2 2006 or up, including multiple stage systems with variable air volume and low temperature rise.

The Honeywell automatic rectangular damper is ideal for 3 to 10 ft. wide windows, doors and other openings. It is designed to automatically control the amount of air circulated through an opening by sensing room temperature and outside conditions. Operation can be from a manual exterior switch, infrared sensor or wall switch indoors.

The 10l x 24h PAR.2-POS S/R 24V Honeywell 316601 ZD10X24TZ is a high speed and reliable damper for the duct system. It can be used in small to medium sized ventilation systems. It comes with a basic program, a combination of passive position control and an external signal activated active position control that can be overcome by an auxiliary contact input. The control logic is the same in both cases, with the obvious difference being that the external signal creates 100% opening regardless of the position of the contacts.
