Wilkins 2" Wye Strainers are ideal for the filtration of water, air and industrial fluids containing large amounts of sediment. Unique Wye design permits flow to be directed to either side of the strainer, or out through drain holes in the bottom. Available in 1/4", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2" and 2". Wilkins "S" Series wye strainers are designed for use at the outlet of either a pump or tank to screen out foreign particles and debris. The wye strainer provides a "Y" pattern in the flow, allowing any particles to fall into the collection chamber. The strainer is rated up to 300 psi WOG and includes 20 mesh stainless steel screen.

Wilkins "S" Series wye strainers are manufactured from lead-free cast bronze for long lasting durability and dependability. The strainers feature a stainless steel screen. "S" series strainer screens are not designed to replace wire mesh screens, but are designed for applications where stainless steel screens are preferred.

This Wilkins "S" series wye strainer is suitable for use in wastewater, waste and vent piping systems. It has a bronze body with a 20 mesh stainless steel screen to protect against clogging by debris.

Wilkins "S" Series wye strainers are used for straining water and other liquids through a mesh filter. The 2-SXL 2" strainer has a Wilkins "S" Series wye inlet and outlet, 20 mesh stainless steel screen, bronze body with Wilkins "S" Series wye connections, and carries a UL/ULC rating indicating compliance with the appropriate ANSI/NSF standard. The 2-SXL is rated up to 300 psi WOG at the discharge end of the strainer.

Wilkins strainers feature a stainless steel mesh screen that is removable and replaceable, which allows for easier cleaning of the strainer body.
