Line Voltage, SPST, Close on Rise T
The line-voltage thermostat is a simple, direct acting, manual-reset control. The rugged aluminum housing is silver in color and the operating blade has a white nylon plastic lever. It has an spst closed on rise terminals, and a 160 degree F temperature rating.
White-Rodgers Line Voltage Thermostats are used to control heating and cooling units. The SPST on-off switch is located on the left side of the head and will close when the temperature rises above the set point. This unit has a wire lead with a male 3 prong plug.
To allow the diagnostic of a two line voltage application, having the ability to close on a rise, eight terminals are required. Circuit breakers utilizing the 201-8 contact design are available for both single and three phase system voltages up to 480 VAC. This design utilizes a separate trip coil which makes it easy to tie an auxiliary relay into the circuit for application such as Blon-coump detection.
The WHITE-RODGERS 201-8, line voltage, low voltage, UL/CUL and NOM rated thermostat, provides economical, reliable and superior control of a heating system. This zone controller can be used to obtain heating and cooling zones of many different system requirements. The WHITE-RODGERS 201-8 SPDT Thermostat is an American made, self contained temperature controller designed for any electrically operated heating system.
The WHITE-RODGERS 201-8 line voltage switch is a single pole single throw toggle switch in a plastic line voltage housing with an integrally molded terminal...
The LVR T switch is a single pole, single throw, snap action on-off timer. A wide variety of contact arrangements are available to meet the requirements of industrial and commercial equipment. Select models have hinged terminals while others offer removable screw terminals. The closeness of the contacts is adjustable over a wide range.
From the family of our popular line voltage slide switches, comes this new compact model 201-8 that complies with a variety of applications and code requirements. Standard features include a slide contact with finely serrated stainless steel actuator for increased contact life, rounded corners for safety, and a free-wheeling mechanism. Avoids nuisance tripping when nearby switches are used.
