The Line Volt SPST, Close on Rise System prevents the compressor from starting during a high ambient temperature condition. Since the compressor comes on only after the line voltage drops to minimal levels, the compressor starts up at a lower temperature. Also, with no air conditioning system required and low voltage start up, there is less demand on the power company and in turn less strain placed on the system.

WHITE-RODGERS 13880 Line Voltage SPST Close on Rise Main Lug Terminal is designed so that it can control the energization of the furnace, air conditioner, or other electrical loads.

The 13880 is a large SWITCH PULL FOR STANDARD CURRENT SWITCHBOARD true close on rise, non-illuminated toggle switch that features a standard size rocker paddle. It has a minimum operating temperature rating of -450F (-268C) and a maximum operating temperature of 450F (232C).

Designed to operate two separate heating zones (primaries and secondaries) in a single room installation by combining a white-Rodgers 1-to-3 transformer (13853, 13854 or 13855) with a white-Rodgers line voltage thermostat (13810 or 13813). Features "H" terminal on the 1-to-3 transformer for connecting to the primary stage of the Air Conditioning & Heat Pump System.
