The AMANA 163407 PTAC Control Cover - R22 Only is a part of the air conditioner, manufactured by the company.

This is a brand new in the box AMANA 163407 PTAC control panel door assembly. It replaces the R22 Only part# 2002700407. This assembly is for the PX16C040 model PTAC unit only, it will not fit any other units.

This is an aftermarket Door assembly it is not made by the original manufacturer It is made to look and fit the same as the part that came with your unit Usually, these aftermarket parts are manufactured to meet or exceed the specifications of the brand standards the aftermarket units may require wiring harness if needed and may be utilized as replacement part for any brand-name unit.

This door is the replacement part and does not include hinges, handles or hardware. The new door will come with matching finish.

The PTAC control handle is normally mounted onto the inside of the door to the unit. Comes complete with plastic bezels that cover the hinges leaving no exposed metal parts. When shipped, these parts are covered by foam and plastic for protection to avoid tampering and damage. This item is a component in the manufacturers assembly of a PTAC unit, and is not considered an air conditioner by itself.
