This Item is a Ball and o-ring for zone valve. For use with Honeywell 6463 and similar models; 2.0 inch long ball, 0.37 inch outside diameter, 0.1 inch inside diameter, brass color; 1/4 inch wide x 71/2 inches long o-ring (foam); 1/4-20UNF screw (x 4), 1/2 inch long metal sleeve; black rubber ball, 0.37 inch outside diameter, 0.1 inch inside diameter

Honeywell's Round Valve, model 6463, has a ball and O-ring. The ball is retained in the seat of the valve by a removable snap ring (part number 6467). The ball and O-ring are also available separately. Order replacement parts as follows:

Diaphragm Assembly (6H4) - Operates the zone valve. Consists of an O-ring, a ball, 4 screws, and a locking nut.

The Honeywell ZONE Valve has a two position controller (ON/OFF) furnished with a pilot pressure regulator (PR) and a globe-type thermocouple . The economical zone valve is supplied assembled, tested and ready for installation. It is designed to permit the independent control of heating or cooling within different zones of one system. The spring-loaded check ball and o-ring provide positive shut off in case of low system air pressure or return to atmosphere over the zone valve during installation.
