Purpose: The ORIFICE L10 LP GAS is manufactured specifically for LP Gas applications and may be used with a variety of instruments. It is designed to be installed with the flange parallel to the flow of gas as shown in Fig. 3-3.

This orifice has been tested at various temperatures between -65°F and 300°F

Honeywell’s 388468D ORIFICE L10 LP Gas is a patented low-pressure orifice that, when combined with a pilot assembly, is used to control the rate of natural gas and propane gas flow. The orifice can be installed on supply lines or regulators.

The Honeywell ORIFICE L10 LP GAS Regulator is a two port regulator with interlocking safety barrier designed for use on LP Gas tanks. The regulator allows you to turn the regulator on and off while the gas valve is NOT in the on position, making it perfect for locations where the regulator will not be used directly next to your LP Gas tank. The interlocking barrier prevents accidental opening of any connections or ports found on top of the regulator, especially when the regulator is subjected to external forces. This unique feature protects against dangerous accidents which could occur by acts such as tripping over a hose connected to a tank

The Honeywell L10 ORIFICE is a fully non-adjustable, low flow regulator. This means that there are fewer components and it is less complex. Guidelines for using this ORIFICE are: No LP to be used on equipment with any type of adjustable regulator, or in excess of 15 psi…Use this type of regulator with only one appliance.

The L10 ORIFICE is the same as the L9. It's a darn good orifice for your gas log set. This ORIFICE works very well with one-inch Pass Throughs. It has worked well in our research on all types of logs on the market. The diffuser, installed in the bottom of your firebox would match exactly what your old orifice was and operate efficiently.

Re-engineered, built for performance every time. With an L10 orifice, the new LPG is designed to work with boilers up to 3,600 BTU/hr or under. The new LPG is also safe and easy to install. Because it only requires 1/4" service ports in the fluid line, its service connection is the ultimate in convenience.

The L10 is a flame-sensitive orifice with a 0.35 inch diameter. It helps improve combustion and product performance by controlling air flow to the burner.
