120V MINI HOT SURFACE FURNACE IGNIT
The Mini Hot Surface Furnace IGNITOR ignites all types of mini cover plates and replacement hot surface ignitors (i.e. the KX172). It produces 10,000 volts to rapidly ignite hot surface igniters that are used on water heaters, furnaces, boilers and other similar applications requiring replacement hot surface igniters. The ignitor has 4-inch leads with thumbscrew terminals that provide easy installation. This product is cUL certified.

The Armstrong Hot Surface Furnace Mini-Ignitor is a 120 volt, plug-in ignitor that works with Armstrong furnaces and the following brands: Burnham, Comfortmaker, Janitrol, Heil/Dayton, Honeywell/Luxaire, Intercity Products older models 88R and 88T, Intercity Products model/series 80F and 80C. The ignitor features a built in contactor (reactor) for motor starting and has an adjustable pilot flame for precise burner ignition.

This particular furnace is a 3 kW version that has been modified for compliance with RT1 emissions standards. It can be equipped with an optional ANSI Z21 .9 vacuum system.
