120V MANUAL RESET LOW WATER CUT-0FF

The HYDRELEVEL 4560 is a 120 VAC, 1.5 GPM boiler with 120 VAC, standard electrical base and belt guard enclosure. Boiler includes a 100 PSI relief valve, red infra-red pilot light indicating a good flame and manual reset low water cut-off at 45 PSI.

The Hydrolevel 4560 hot water boiler is designed to operate off of standard 120 VAC. The Low Water Cut-off is a manual reset and when used with a float switch will automatically shut the unit down within 1" of water level remaining.

If the water level in the boiler is too low, then the control will generate a low-water cut-off alarm. If the entire house loses hot water, this feature can be used to locate and solve the problem. Simply reset the low water cut-off function, and hot water will once again be available.

Low Water Cut-off at 45.0 degrees C (113.8 degrees F). 4.5 to 6.2 LPM via 0.40" ORIFICE

In addition to the low water cut-off, this unit includes an indicator light to let you know when the boiler has been reset and is ready for use. This makes it perfect for facilities that have multiple users.

A low water cut-off switch automatically turns off the unit when the water level drops below 42"F (5.5 l). This ensures that when the water is turned back on, no cold water will be introduced into hot water heater causing possible scalding injury.

The 4561 is a cord-free, low water cut-off commercial electric hot water boiler with standard el1214/3/4" npt (1 1/2" NPT optional) connection. It is designed primarily for industrial and commercial applications such as laundries, restaurants, hospitals and laboratories. Propane models are available. The boiler only requires a 7psi heating demand at the thermostat to activate factory supplied heat exchanger bypass dampers and start the flow of hot water.
