The Hydrolevel 4560 Safgard Commercial Hot Water Boiler is a water heater with a capacity of 11.6 gal. It has an 8? diameter and 14? length, and is made from steel. The water heater product includes standard using temperature range of 120 to 140 degrees F. The 120V water heating boiler product features low water cut-off, manual reset low water cutoff, mounting position vertical/horizontal, and 0/180 degree thermostat.
The Hydrolevel 4560 Safgard boiler is a one piece pump and boiler with stainless steel burners and all stainless steel welded construction. It has a SAFGARD gas control assembly with automatic gas valve Boring technology with self cleaning feature, 6" anti-scalp wheels, 2" and 3" built-in drains, stainless steel front panel and manual reset low water cut-off. The unit also contains an automatic hydraulic control that will reduce the flow of natural gas when the level of water in the unit drops below a certain level.
The Hydrolevel 4560 is the newest member of the Hydrolevel family. It is a low water cut-off, manual reset commercial hot water boiler that features an easy one handle adjustment. The EL1214 3/4" NPT probe allows for accurate water temperature monitoring. This unit also has a fully adjustable pressure relief valve.
The Hydrolevel® 4560 is for use in commercial food, beverage or healthcare related applications. The non-pressurized unit has an automatic reset low water cut-off, and is capable of operation up to 160°F (71°C) with a max pressure of 150 psi. It can operate at 210°F (99.5°C) with a max pressure of 250 psi.
The HydroLevel 4560 Series automatic water level controls are designed for continuous automatic operation on gravity feed domestic hot water heaters. The control maintains a constant minimum water level in the tank by adding additional hot water as necessary, or by draining excess water. An alarm is provided to indicate when there is insufficient water in the tank. The automatic reset low-water cutoff switches off automatically in case of main boiler failure or reboiler burner failure, allowing the remaining water in the boiler to be drained harmlessly into a suitable drain.
The Hydrolevel 4560 SAFGARD Commercial Hot Water Boiler low water cut-off, standard EL1214 3/4" NPT Probe model is ideal for heating residential and commercial water as well as steam applications. Boilers are sized by the amount of hot water needed with this boiler providing up to 6 gallons per hour. It features a spiral nozzle design for even heat distribution, and is equipped with 2 electrodes to help prevent fouling.
