HEIL QUAKER / ICP 607900 607900 SWITCH INTERLOCK SB See all HEIL series products.  This is an odd description that makes no sense at first.  The features describe the product as a "switch interlock sb switch interlock."  That's pretty good marketing.

The switch interlock prevents the equipment from energizing if the air supply opening is not completely sealed. Switch Interlock SB has a 1/2 inch FNPT stainless steel air port.

The ICP 607900 Switch Interlock SB (Short Body) is a pneumatic switch interlock assembly that will connect switches or valves, and stop the pressuring of a system.

DESCRIPTION A switch interlock is a simple device that will prevent the movement of one piece of equipment when another part of the system is not in a safe operating condition. For example: If the door on a press is not fully closed, and if power to the press has been initiated by someone at a remote location, the press should not start running until the door has been verified as being in a safe position.

This standard-duty switch interlock was designed for applications that have a 20- to 24-ampere circuit. The switch is easy to install and fits in a 2-inch square electrical box. This device includes a pair of Class CC relays for switching two circuit lines at one time. Straps are included for wiring the Class CC relays to the circuit lines.

This manually operated switch interlock kit with captive key retains the HEIL-QUAKER/ICP in the locked/off position when not in use.
