This float type switch senses when the water level drops and automatically shuts off power to your boiler. Then, once the water level rises again, the switch will reset itself automatically. The 4036 Low Water Cut Off with Manual Reset Switch is a float switch that detects low water level in furnace mounted boilers and activates an automatic shut down at the burner shutoff valve. The body is manufactured from steel for maximum durability. The knife blade style switch handle field connection is designed for wiring harness connections up to 2 wire sizes (18 or 16 gauge).

The 4036 gives operators the control they need over their water level, allowing the boiler to reach settable low and high-water cutoff points automatically. At high water cutoff, a manual reset switch allows the operator to manually reset the boiler after a situation that might make it necessary to drain the boiler, such as an under-fired condition or an attempt at forced shutdown by means of a power outage or load shedding.

The M&M 4036 automatically shuts off the water supply to a steam boiler when the water level drops below a preset point. It also has a manual reset to enable the controls to be reset from a low water condition.
