HOT SURFACE IGNITOR WITH 5-1/2" LEA

This WHITE-RODGERS compatible replacement hot surface ignitor is made by EMERSON and comes with a 5-1/2" lead. It is designed to fit the following gas valve brands: WHITE-RODGERS, GOODMAN, MARATHON, ARMSTRONG. This WHITE-RODGERS 99945 works with the following furnace models: Princess 891280 & Princess 891261, Prodigy 891160 & Prodigy 981125, Victoria 892166 & Victoria 892140, and all other gas valve models using a 5" x 2" x 1".

MetroPac is proud to offer this 999945 Black Rodgers White-Rodgers Hot Surface Ignitor which is a direct replacement for older white rodgers 999945 ignitors. This is an electric surface mount ignitor with a 5-1/2" lead and a 120 VAC rating. This item's insulation is silicon carbide and it uses a 1/8" x 32 UNEF threaded mounting bolt.

WHITE-RODGERS™ Hot Surface Ignitors are used in 24-volt and 120-volt systems to ignite gas or oil appliances. The ignitor is energized when a manually operated switch is turned on. It will not operate until the burner is hot enough to complete the circuit.

Designed for use with white-Rodgers One-Flex heating system. 5-1/2" LEA blades provide more surface area for heat transfer. The 99945 Emerson Hot Surface Ignitor has a 5-1/2" lead wire and a 120 VAC voltage.

The Hot Surface Ignitor is used to ignite a gas burner when the primary ignition source is not functioning. The Hot Surface Ignitor is a pilotless ignition device that uses the heat from the flame to ignite the gas and has no moving parts. It includes a manually operated sensor probe for mounting in an approved ignitor enclosure, a delay relay with cycle switch, and an electrical box.
