HOT SURFACE IGNITION MODULE HS780-1
COMMERCIAL KITCHEN HOT SURFACE IGNITION MODULE HS780-1
The HS780-1 Hot Surface Ignition Module, Local Sensor is designed to integrate with most ROBERTSHAW 4550 Series furnaces. This module is not required to operate your HSI furnace, but it does provide the convenience of additional features. The HS780-1 gives you the ability to select a shorter warm up time (4 seconds) for ignition on an electric ignition system. It can also help your HSI furnace achieve its full heating capacity more quickly.
The HS780-1 hot surface ignition module provides ignition to Class B gas appliances connected to the lower left burner of an 80% or larger LP/ NG high output burner.
The HS780-1 Hot Surface Ignition Module is designed to provide ignition protection for gas surface burners with a thermal sensor and two fuse links.
The HS780-1 is a low profile, high energy ignition module that features a standard four second clock, a local sensor and the ability to operate with either line voltage (120V) or as a hot surface ignition (. The HS780-1 is also designed to withstand the wear encountered from using a battery.
The HS780-1 has a second sensing electrode for detecting hot surfaces at top of surface burners.
The HS780 is the latest addition to the family of Hot Surface ignition modules. The HS780 features simple linking commands in the panel programming, 90º in-line power and a 4 second delayed timing cycle. It also offers optional phase linked operation for OEM applications that require three phase power or a larger pilot flame source.
