The Johnson Controls 6059 REMOTE BULB TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER with the white bulb is one of four replacement bulbs for the JCI-795221 Light Socket Wiring Harness model. This bulb is used in 1375 Watts, T12, Long Life, Hydrofarm ANET-400D/400DX/400W HID lights. The 6059 can also be used with 6255 or 6256 (single/double ended) JCI light sockets.
