The ARD5TZ 24V Automatic Round Damper (normally open) provides the most reliable control for the optimum indoor temperature of a heat recovery ventilator (HRV) system. A portion of the exhaust air from a home is transferred to the fresh air intake to increase moisture exchange effectiveness and efficiency. The damper allows outside dry winter air to be reheated before entering the building. By closing during humidity extremes, discomfort conditions are avoided.

The ARD5TZ is a fully programmable, 24V, automatic round damper that controls the 'Air Distribution' between your heating and cooling system and can be used instead of zoning (or split systems) in single unit applications. It offers the flexibility of controlling only one supply register from one central location.

The AW5TZ is a 24 VAC automatic round dampers with a compact design. This damper has the default installation size as a 35mm wall thickness and an outer diameter of 75mm, but smaller sizes are possible. Available in aluminum or stainless steel, this damper opens and closes completely in approximately 15 seconds. It is suitable for damper use in a variety of industrial applications. The miniature round damper offers electromagnetic control of the damper motor including Manual and automatic control. The manual control allows for precise adjustment of damper position while in place during servicing. Automatic control gives up to 100/50% power control depending on how many times the button is pushed.

The ARD5TZ is an automatic hydraulic round dampers that have been designed for use in high or low temperature applications, or where semi-hermetic operation is required. The ARD5TZ series are mounted on a PCB and include a terminal block for connection. The PCB is a single piece encapsulation unit containing all the electronics for mechanical and electrical isolation of the electric components from the environment inside the furnace.
