The Auto T-Stat Limit Switch allows you to maintain your maximum safe water temperature while protecting against frozen water lines and boil overs that may result in fire damage. The limit switch clicks on and off as the temperature rises or falls above set point. A solid red light indicates when unit is in the off position, a blinking red light means the unit is in the on position and operating at maximum temperature, and a solid amber light means the preset temperature has been reached, signaling that it can now be manually turned off to maintain that setpoint.
