The Carrier Refrigeration EF23JX212 Solenoid Valve is designed to work in tandem with the lighting system in the Carrier R32-1C30MXXX Split System Heat Pump. The purpose of this valve is to control the flow of refrigerant from the heat pump's condenser to its evaporator. When measuring and cutting refrigerant tubing, special care must be exercised to avoid kinking and crushing of the tubing. A slight bend at the cut point is permitted provided a clean cut is made. Do not use sharp instruments or teeth to score tubing in preparation for cutting. Some tubing may be brittle;
