Themistor - (OAT/OCT)

The Carrier SensorTemp OAT/OCT is a low-voltage, electronic sensor which accurately measures the outdoor air temperature (in Celsius) and is ideal for residential heating and cooling systems. The sensor features a factory sealed thermistor, an integrated fan, stainless mounting hardware and a 5' cable.

The Carrier Sensortemp Assembly is also referred to as an Outdoor Air Temperature (OAT) or Outdoor Air Temperature (OCT). It is used to detect temperature and transmit it back to the Carrier Condenser.

This Sensor is an optional replacement part for Carrier heat pumps and it replace part numbers CARRIER HH70NZ077 and 36671186. It may also work on other brands of equipment but we do not know. We are providing this thermistor as a replacement option only, and we strongly recommend that you do your research before replacing any of the parts in your unit. We will not be responsible for any property damage, injury or worse that may result from using parts from our inventory.
