The CK-20FV CONTROL KIT can be used on 30 or 750MV gas systems.

The CK20FV control kit is a complete replacement for the wired panel on many 30 or 750MV gas systems. This unit mounts in the place of the wired panel for easy retrofitting on your existing system. It provides all of the necessary valves and functions to operate your system, complete with low voltage DC solenoid pilotless ignition cabinet and E-stop interlock.

The CK-20FV control kit is designed for use with 30 or 750MV gas valve systems. The CK-20FV control kit provides user interlock, supervisory alarm and control outputs, photocell light control outputs, all in one combination package.

Our patented Field Controls CK-20FV Kit makes installation of our FV Series Gas Fireplaces quick and easy. This drop in fireplace control kit will control 30 or 750MV gas systems with LP, Natural, or Propane fuel.

Complete control for a variety of applications, the CK-20FV Control Kit adds microprocessor control to blast furnaces and auxiliary burners, or replaces manual operator controls on refinery systems. With a high degree of configurability, and optional VFD interface, this reliable system provides accurate temperature control over most direct fired heaters. It is ideal for use with American Ironwood™ steam injection systems. Features user-friendly front panel controls with LED indicators provide optimum process management, and backup push buttons are provided for last resort shutoff in emergencies.
