The D-3153 Pneumatic Actuator for Butterfly Valves, Style D-300, incorporates the modular, patented Acculink™ direct connection system to eliminate the need for field supplied hoses. This actuator can be used to handle larger flows and higher pressures than the D-3150 model. It is particularly suited for applications up to 150 psi (10 bar) with flows up to 375 gpm (46 l/m).

The Johnson Controls® Pneumatic Actuator 100631 is the perfect solution for high temperature VF® Butterfly Valves® with rotating stems. The rotating stem has a competitive advantage by allowing more precise control as well as better protection from corrosion, as the stem is no longer depending on a seal to provide full shutoff.

Butterfly valves are not only used in water systems but air or vacuum systems. The normally closed position of a butterfly valve is open when the piston rod is fully retracted. The fully extended position of the piston rod is shut when a strong spring forces the valve shut against a seat disc. Control of this spool motion is a critical function in which Johnson Control's D3226, D3252 or D3254 pneumatic actuator will maintain your confidence.

The Johnson Controls 100631 series is a pneumatic actuator for use with VF Series butterfly valves that provide air, air/vacuum or vacuum actuation. These fully enclosed aluminum-body actuators are available in both straight and elbow versions. The standard control output for this actuator is 3/4 inch male-to-male connector with the option of adding other control options including rotary, flapper or positioner.
