This METAL INSERT F/1/2 POLYURETHANE is used to make Polyurethane foam. It is used with Hollow-core insulation and is available with either a W5 or WR grade finish. This MWI is designed for use with 200 cell polyurethane rigid foam and can be installed in the factory or on the job site. This insert has an outer layer of FR rated closed cell spray polyurethur foam and a rebated steel core to meet the fire and smoke ratings required by most building codes.

The Johnson Controls 7767 Metal Insert f/1/2 Polyurethane is designed for commercial applications. It has a flat backplate connection with quick connections on 3 sides to attach flex sections easily. This Johnson Controls 7767 Metal Insert f/1/2 Polyurethane measures 11-5/16".

The Johnson Controls 7767 Metal Insert for 1/2 inch (12 mm) thick Polyurethane Foam is designed to be fitted into the bottom of the panel and provides a moisture resistant layer. The 1/2 inch (12 mm) thickness also meets the requirement for IRC R406.12. This insert is made from stainless steel and designed to last forever.

The Johnson Controls 7767 Metal Insert is constructed of 1/2" polyurethane. It has a square design, featuring soft edges. This metal insert offers high durability and strength with its Fusion Foam Core. Its square design is suitable for most applications utilizing 1/2" thick polyurethane panels. It has many uses including recycling, greenhouses, etc.

This metal insert attaches to the polyurethane core of the Johnson Controls 7767 2" (2H) Face Seal duct boot and provides a backing for attaching a 1/2" face seal. The 90° flange sits flush with the boot flange, and helps prevent movement of the face seal.

This metal insert fits in 1/2 in. polyurethane ducts. It is lightweight and easy to handle, making it fast and easy to install. It is durable enough to last through many installations. Designed with sturdy metal clips, the insert adds extra protection for your home heating system. It can stand up to high temperatures with no problems.
